Sustainability

Competitive Data, thanks to a specialized network of partners and collaboration with the main consumer associations (Adiconsum, Federconsumatori, Adoc, Comitas, ConsumerLab), is able to support you in drafting and communicating the Letter to the Consumer and the Sustainability Charter.

Consumers are poorly informed about companies’ sustainable management practices, despite being, now more than ever, interested in appreciating their values. Sustainability Balances are not made for them but for insiders, that is, technically complex, complex, and voluminous; therefore, consumers are unaware of them. For this reason, in order to promote the culture of widespread Sustainability, the drafting of the Letter to the Consumer and the Sustainability Charter is proposed.

The Letter to the Consumer communicates directly to a qualified consumer cluster how sustainability represents a management guideline for the company. It represents an innovative communication channel because it offers a primary source of information on sustainability actions, capable of generating special trust, promoting and enhancing the company’s history, its non-financial activities, and its commitment to the future.

The consumer letter is sent to the enterprise-specific consumer cluster, chosen from a qualitative database of 800,000 addresses by product category.

The Sustainability Charter collects in a harmonious and exhaustive synthesis the useful information already present in the production activity and values it with a view to sustainability. A short, simple and workable text; an important first step towards the drafting of a genuine Sustainability Report. It’s important to demonstrate attention and respect for the local area, the community, and the consumer; to highlight the sharing of value created through resilient innovation, capable of adapting to evolving social and economic realities without artificially altering their balance.

By organizing the information distributed in the media, on the web, on social media (or other provided by the company), a Sustainability Charter can be drawn up to accredit and promote it; a first step towards the more challenging and complex drafting of a Sustainability Report.
